It strengthens the association by building connections and supporting professional growth. The Educational Committee is an essential factor for NJ Weights and Measures Association. The committee communicates with professionals in different industries who correspond with law enforcement for Weights and Measures. As the laws and technologies continue to update on a constant basis, the committee must stay up to date and communicate with professionals who specializes in the knowledge of the laws and technologies. Every year for the NJ Weights and Measures Association Conference, the committee would coordinate seminars with guest speakers for the association to gain further understanding of any updated laws or new technologies. -Dennis Traczykowski
Bylaws Committee
The Bylaws Committee is responsible for the maintenance of the Association’s Bylaws. This committee also provides the necessary communication to the membership pertaining to the Bylaws including but limited to proposed amendments.
Legislative Committee
To acquaint its members with legislation that would be beneficial or harmful and promote bills which are beneficial and urging defeat of bills harmful to association members. -Dennis Druzsba
